TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to JUSTBCAUSE (“JUSTBCAUSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.justBcause.ca, any JUSTBCAUSE-operated storefront that links to these Terms, and your purchase of products from us (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced within them.
USE OF THE SITE
You agree to use the Site in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent to make a purchase.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We may add, modify or discontinue products, colours, sizes, designs or other offerings at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, artwork and descriptions accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor differences may occur between digital product images and finished garments.
Some JUSTBCAUSE products are produced and fulfilled by third-party manufacturing and fulfilment providers.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information when placing an order.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has entered production or fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or product errors, unavailable products, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
CAUSE CONTRIBUTIONS
Many JUSTBCAUSE products are connected to causes and organizations that reflect the story behind a design or collection.
Where we state that a minimum percentage of a purchase supports a cause, JUSTBCAUSE makes the contribution based on completed orders.
Unless otherwise stated, the percentage is calculated on the final amount paid for the order. This includes merchandise, shipping charges, and applicable taxes. Any refunded amount is excluded from the calculation.
Purchasing a JUSTBCAUSE product is a commercial transaction and is not a direct charitable donation by the customer. Customers do not receive charitable tax receipts for purchases made through JUSTBCAUSE.
A reference to, or contribution made in support of, an organization does not necessarily indicate a formal partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by that organization. Where a formal partnership exists, we may identify it separately.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Shipping rates and available delivery options are provided at checkout.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, customs, fulfilment providers or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws relating to delayed or undelivered orders.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Eligibility for returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges and cancellations is described in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in our policies is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be addressed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under the laws that apply to you.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will take effect when posted on the Site and will apply to future use of the Site and future purchases.
The Terms in effect when an order is placed will continue to govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
SERVABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
