SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

At JUSTBCAUSE, we are committed to providing you with timely and efficient shipping for all orders placed on our website. This policy outlines our shipping and fulfillment practices to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days after payment is received.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.
SHIPPING METHODS
We currently offer three shipping options to suit your needs. Please note: Canada Post is experiencing delays due to an ongoing strike. Standard and Expedited services may take longer than usual. To avoid these delays, we now offer a Premium Courier option that is not affected by the strike.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows (business days within Canada):

Standard Shipping: 4–10 days (delays expected during the strike)

Expedited Shipping: 2–8 days (delays expected during the strike)

Premium Courier Shipping: 2–6 days (not affected by strike delays)
Please note these are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Standard Shipping: Tracking is not included with all orders.

Expedited Shipping: Tracking will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Premium Courier Shipping: Tracking will always be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at connect@justbcause.ca. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to the extremely high cost of shipping calendars internationally, a tracking option is not currently available and must ship standard mail.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes will be made once an order is in processing or has shipped.
